Beyond resisting distractions (cats, kids, you name it), working remotely demands an intentional effort to live a healthy lifestyle.
For starters, you have full access to your cupboard. Try keeping healthier foods around ‒ nuts, dried fruit and carrot sticks are great options.
Don’t forget ergonomics. It might not hurt to order a comfortable office chair, at least while supplies last. At the very least, get up and walk around every hour.
When you’re remote, it’s easier for your work to follow you. Set up your own, work-exclusive space. Even if you’re stuck at home, schedule time for exercise and hobbies.
